One thing that people have often described me as, is a
massive loser face ‘health nut’
I’ll take that as a compliment any day.
Yes I enjoy healthy foods and exercising. But in all honesty, there are days where all I crave is cake and I count getting dressed as getting out of one set of pyjamas, into another. It’s all about balance, people!
For my first ever blog post and for the millions of you who have wanted to read this your whole lives (you just didn’t know it yet…) I thought I would share one of my favourite, quick and easy juicing recipes!
The 3 ingredients you will need are:
- 2 or 3 carrots (depending on size)
- 2 green apples
- 2 stalks of celery
Okay, this is gonna be really tough. But together we can and will get through this.
Be sure to wash all of your ingredients to make sure any nasties are down the sink where they belong.
Chop your fruit and veggies into ‘juicable’ chunks. (Basically everything in half!)
Turn your swag juicer on, and feed all of the ingredients into the juicer. (I like to mix together the ingredients ie. One piece of apple followed by one piece of carrot, just so you don’t end up with a layered juice. I like to let my friends mingle.)
Pour your juice into your favourite (very important that it’s your favouite…Tastes better that way) cup, sip and enjoy!
